‘Red’ was an entirely serendipitous discovery for us – very fitting as we are a vineyard in Cromwell called ‘Serendipity’ and have a small label under which we bottle Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris. I had no idea what to expect from Red – my only stipulation to Charlotte being it was really important that the band got everyone up dancing. Our party celebrating our 100th year was full of a scrumptious eclectic mix of our family, friends and neighbours from near and wide and we wanted a common denominator to bring everyone together for a good time. Red certainly delivered. The music and singing was world-class and Red were professional and really easy to deal with. They made a special effort to include our lovely 10 year old daughter Millie in the night’s proceedings and even had a practise with her before the party started. I always think the sign of a great party is everyone on their feet right from the start – that was certainly the case on Saturday!! Thank you Red. You made our night incredibly special and everyone went away raving about the fantastic night they'd had.

Just wanted to send a small message of thanks for the outstanding effort for the opening even for the NZ Open - the night had a fantastic feel and people were having an amazing time so thank you very much it was great to have you all involved. Let’s do it again next year - in the Sun!!! Fantastic effort - Sir Michael Hill commented he thought the evening was fantastic and loved the atmosphere.
